The SPEED Manifesto

We refuse to accept that scale has a bottleneck. Through our work, we have come to believe:

  1. Intelligence compounds when it’s structural.
  2. Alignment must be natural, not enforced.
  3. Collaboration over communication.
  4. Verification over generation.
  5. The best systems produce evidence to earn trust.
  6. Silent failure is the only unforgivable kind.
  7. The specification is the product, the code is the artifact.
  8. Context delivered is worth 10 times context discovered.
  9. Agency belongs to the human. Execution belongs to the system.
  10. Speed is not the pursuit of velocity.

Communication, generation, and speed all matter. They take care of themselves when these beliefs hold.
